Attorney Cengizhan Esmer is a versatile legal counsel who brings together academic training in public administration, long-standing public sector tenure, and specialized legal expertise. After completing his undergraduate degree in Public Administration at Gazi University (2008–2012), he continued his legal education and earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Selçuk University Faculty of Law (2019–2023). Having spent a pivotal part of his career at the Ministry of Trade, Esmer served as a Customs Inspector from 2013 to 2026. During this period, he directly observed on-the-ground customs operations, administrative proceedings, and cross-border trade transactions, accumulating deep practical experience in regulatory compliance and administrative adjudication. This background equips Esmer to approach legal practice with deep operational foresight into how administrative mechanisms work and where disputes arise. In customs and international trade litigation, he places paramount importance on bridging the gap between statutory text and administrative realities. Joining E&G Law and Consultancy in 2026, Esmer focuses on customs law, smuggling defense, administrative and tax litigation, commercial disputes, and preventative corporate counseling.
